The Carl M. Freeman Companies Name Nick Freeman as Director of Commercial Operations
The Carl M. Freeman Companies are pleased to announce that Nick Freeman has been named the Director of Commercial Operations for the Rockville, Maryland based real estate and land development company. As Director, Nick will head third-party management services, drive acquisition of new commercial properties, and establish new ways for the company to participate in commercial real estate spaces. A graduate of Georgetown University, Nick has been working with the company since returning to the area from New York City, where he worked with a public real estate investment trust on an acquisition team as a financial analyst. Over the last few years, Nick has been working with the Carl M. Freeman Foundation on the design of their new office in the Bayside development located in Fenwick Island, Delaware. He has also been leading the conversion of Tusculum Farm from a family owned residential property to a first-class, luxury boutique bed and breakfast and events venue.

Nick resides in Washington, D.C. and will head up the commercial division for the Carl M. Freeman Companies out of their Rockville, Maryland office.
